Console application? (e.g. Hyperterminal)

Hi,

I just installed Fedora4 (Gnome desktop) and it seems to be working fine. I have the need to access some Cisco routers via serial port console access. In Windows, I had used either Hyperterminal or SecureCRT, but I can't find a similar application in Gnome that will allow me simply to access the serial port with 9600/n/8/1 etc.

Can someone enlighten me how to do it in Fedora (it's probably buried somewhere), or recommend an application to install that will allow me console access into the routers?

thanks!
john
