Connecting Mobile to PC using USB in JAVA platform

My mobile is not connecting to computer using USB. I BE[Comp] student, and doing project on SMS Gateway System. I want help in regarding connecting Mobile to PC Using USB. I have 3110 Nokia cell. If possible give me JAVA code for connecting Mobile, so that i can resd & send SMS.
