connect to serial port RJ45 on sparc machine

Hi

I have to connect from my linux client laptop to SPARC machine by using roll-over cable and RJ45 interface on the server.
On windows I always used Tera Term but don't know how to accomplish this task from linux laptop.

Is there some kind of app like TeraTerm on linux too ?

thx for help.
