configure zimbra mail server on rhel 6


hiii

plz help me to configure zimbra mail server in rhel 6.

Spell out your words, and please try looking things up on your own. You found this site via Google, which means you can find the Zimbra site too, and the many how-to guides, if you bothered to look.

Did you even try looking at Zimbra's website where they have the installation instructions????

yaaa friend ,

Actually i have successfully install zimbra mail server in rhel 6, but problem is when i want to access web console through browser "https://myzimbramailserver.com:7071" at that time i was not get the web console.

so plz help me.

Again, you need to SPELL OUT YOUR WORDS..it's "please", not "plz". And it helps if you ask a clear question to start with, along with relevant details.

What do you mean by "was not get the web console"?? Did ANYTHING come up on the page? Did you see anything in your web logs? Is the service started? Did you follow the installation instructions (easily found here: https://www.zimbra.com/docs/ne/7.2.0...uration.html)? Port 7071 isn't referenced anywhere in their documentation. Again, without details, no one can help you.

Also, Zimbra needs a license key to work, and Red Hat enterprise is also a commercial, pay-for product. Since you're paying for support from both of them, have you contacted Zimbra support??

[zimbra@desktop10 ~]$ logout

[root@desktop10 ~]# /opt/zimbra/bin/postfix start

now type in firefox browser

http://desktop10.example.com # its for zimbra client console
https://desktop10.example.com:7071 # its for zimbra admin console
and login with username "admin" with password "redhat" which we have define before.




now enjoy......................
