Configure Ethernet cards

I need to configure 2 NIC cards in an IBM NetVista in slackware using the cdRouter software from wifi.com. The internal card seems to be working okay on eth0 but I am having trouble with the second card.

Where are some explicit instructions.

Here is my lspci -v

What do you get from
Code:
/sbin/ifconfig -a
Do you connect your system (both cards) to the same network?
