Please don't ask us to provide step by step, copy / paste howtos to perform a task. The internet is full of them already. Just do some searching and follow one of the many guides found here for example
. You could also read and learn from the Anjuta manual, which looks pretty complete.
Also when asking a question it's always very good to mention what distro and version you use so that we might know what commands, package managers, directory structure you are familiar with.
