compiz on kubuntu

hi i just install kubuntu on my dektop. I had ubuntu before and it was good and evrything and i had compiz on it. but then i try kubuntu and i install you know the conpiz manager settings and i try to anble th effects but is not working like is not even install i got all the plugings all the effects like in ubuntu but dammmmm!!!!!! it dont work can somebody tell me please what the hell did i do wrong

How did you install compiz for kde?
What did you do to install the "you know the conpiz manager settings"?

When you try to enable the effects - what are you doing? For instance, are you trying to switch the advanced desktop effects on are are you trying to open the manager or what? What is the error you get?

There are lots of ways to do things in kubuntu - unless we know what you did we cannot figure out what you've done wrong.
