Compiz Fusion multi-wallpaper help

I just installed a bunch of packages I probably didn't need (via synaptic) to get the extra option in compiz fusion for multiple wallpapers. Right now I only have the Caps and Skydomes options in my Desktop Cube appearance menu but I would LOVE to get the extra wallpapers. I am not concerned about CPU usage and I already have AWN so I can keep my shortcuts, I just want to know how I can update CF or access the multiple desktops some other way. Thanks!

Try this forum

That seems like a very specific issue.

This forum might be more suited to your question: http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/

I think its impossible to set different wallpapers for different desktops in compiz .I tried that but failed as same wallpaper remains on all desktop.

Hi Thikr> I did some googling for you on that site. Came up with something to:

http://forum.compiz-fusion.org/showt...ulti+wallpaper

The above website actually has a very detailed walk-through with some issues handled as well.

Good luck with that.

P.S. If you found this post helpful, please thank the poster.
