Compiling themes for KDE

How do I compile a new theme/style for KDE 3.1-10?
I know what compiling is and I think I have the GCC compiler on my RedHat.

Please help,

Have you tried reading the INSTALL file? When you unpack the theme/style it should say how in there...

If you want to find out if you have gcc do the following at a terminal:

rpm -qa | grep gcc

You should get this:
