Compiling Nwchem 6.0

I have been trying to install/compile nwchem using this guide on their website:
"http://www.nwchem-sw.org/index.php/Compiling_NWChem" But ran into some problems running the "setenv" command in a terminal. I think I get an error like the command can not be found. Any help on the use of this command would be greatly appreciated, remember I am a complete newbie when it comes to linux. Also, I am running Fedora 15.

Welcome to LQ.

'setenv' is an internal command in the tcsh, csh shell.

# yum install tcsh

Then you can do : 1) tcsh 2) setenv <env-option>
