compiling / building the dvd+rw-tools-5.13.4.7.4.tar.gz

Hi people,

while trying to get my dvd writer to work I've downloaded the k3b v.0.10 source, compiled it succesfully (yippee!) and installed scsi emulation for both my dvd writer and the cdrom driver.
The only issue left is now that I need to install a newer version of the dvd+rw-tools tools -- incl "growisofs" -- (I've downloaded dvd+rw-tools-5.13.4.7.4.tar.gz).
Does anyone know how to build / compile / make etc etc this source under SuSE 8.2?

isn't there a README or INSTALL file? most packages come with those files that have instructions for building and installing their programs from source. my guess....

./configure
make
su
make install

Hey Megaspaz, it worked!
I only had to move the produced growisofs file from /usr/bin to /usr/local/bin and remove the old one ...
