Post command to change md5 HASH

Dear all,

we have NIS server that has 100+ user login details.
Some MD5 user passwds in /etc/passwd file is common as the user passwd s are common.
I would like to change these MD5 hash so people should not know that those are common passwd.

cheers,
Abhi
