command active card
Every time my system loads up, i have to active my Ethernet card by running the command
redhat-config-network
a little window open then i have to click the active command.
is there any command that i can type that will active my card immediately.

I don't have RH, but isn't there some kind of 'force' option
have you already tried:
redhat-config-network --help
If there IS a fore argument, it should be listed there
