Unhappy cnt login

hi
i somehow changed my language to hebrew (also keyboard) and now i cant login with my username....
i have ubuntu, i tried to select a different language in the options, but it doesnt work, through the terminal as well, i can write only my password and my username in big letters
What to do?????\pls helpppppppp
