When I change the clock in redhat to match my country and return to windows, the clock in windows is not match with my city. When I change the clock in windows to match my city and return to linux, the clock in linux is not match to the correct time. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? Please help

traditionally Unix uses (Universal Time Coordinated) UTC
The more stupid OS's (mainly the Microsoft ones)
require their users to configure their machines for local time.
Linux can do the M$ time thing.
try editing linux side
/etc/sysconfig/clock to UTC=0 for local
if your shutdown script in Linux are updating hardware clock for accuracy it should read this value and use
hwclock --systohc --localtime

and startup with
hwclock --hctosys --localtime
