Greetings:
I install firefox 1.5. I always type /usr/firefox/./firefox to open the browser. All I want is to copy the exe file in the desktop and all I want is to click/double click the icon just like in windows. And not only firefox but also other softwares. Is this possible, HOW? thx. |
What desktop environment or windows manager are you using? For Gnome and KDE you can just right click on your desktop to create a launcher. Go through the little wizard to point the launcher at your firefox binary and you should be set. If you're using something other than Gnome or KDE, post what you're using, please.
