claws mail not receiving certain types of email
 

Hello

I recently installed claws email and have discovered it does not receive airline confirmation bookings or anything like jibjab - I have tested it on a simple text email and all is okay and not too worried about jibjab but airline confirmations is a problem -

PS Just found out claws is also not receiving PDF's - strange that is was receiving PDF's a few days ago -

Silly question but are you sure they arn't going straight to the junk or getting deleted as spam?

Claws-Mail is a text based program. You cannot write and send HTML. To view HTML emails you need a plugin.

Not a silly question at all. That was going to be my question too.

They are still received and displayed as plain text: I use it myself, I don't have the plugin, and I still get html mail.
