clariion


We have one production application server (Redhat AS3 ). This server is using Clariion storage . We want to migragte this SAN storage from Clariion(CX-40) to Clariion (CX-80).
can any explain this scenario how t do this

Sure, copy the data over.

With a question that's very vague, a very vague answer is all you can get. There's a lot of things to consider here, that you say nothing about. You could get the SAN team to copy the data over frame-to-frame behind the scenes, mount a second set of disks to the new frame and do a volume-to-volume copy, tar everything up and untar it to the new disks...lots of different options.
