Cisco Network Simulator


Hello all ....,

if any one knows a good "open source" Cisco network simulator available and running on Linux ? ..

what do you mean by simulator? an ios like enviornment? if so just try zebra. it's not a simulator but turns your machine into a netwrok device run by a very close IOS clone, so should be even better.

no i mean something like Boson or netwrok vitualizer that helps in constructing cisco like networks

use gns3 and it recompiled on debian and ubuntu.
