Cinerella not loading on Mandrake 10.0

I'm a very newbie. Two days in. I don't even know where to begin problem solving this one.

I wish I had more details. I downloaded cinerella with the auto installer. It is in my 'star' menu. It's even in my most used applications list. Everytime I try to run the program it pops up, like a normal startup, shows it's dancing girl cinerella thing, the green 'waiting to start up line' at the bottom goes across and then - nothing. it disappears.

two days later **I've run it from the command line and it just says that it was 'aborted'

any guidance would spare me follicles,

dave.
