CIM Class to retrieve syslog information in Linux

Hi,
I have a Linux machine with Pegasus CIMOM installed in it. I need to retrieve syslog log information using CIM classes.

I found that Win32_NTLogEventFile CIM class will retrieve syslog information in windows machine. Is there any similar class available for Linux machine.

Please pardon me for my English and help me with this problem.

Thanks in advance.
