Chromium OS compiling instruction is too complicated

Recently I found out that Chromium OS had released a version that is very fast.
Then I downloaded the source.I found the instructions but they are too complicated.
Can someone tell me how to compile the OS,where to extract and what do I need in simpler instructions?:D

1) Which Distro are you using?

2) Do you really mean Chrome OS, the operating system, which at the moment only works virtually or from a pendrive, or do you mean Chrome the browser?

3) Where have you downloaded from - what is the web address?

Instead of having to compiled the whole thing, you can download the latest builds (which includes the Chromium binary). http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/

I've been using a somewhat recent build and I have to say, Chromium is really nice and wicked fast :-)
