Choosing Gtkmm or Gtk# under ubuntu
I am a University student(3rd year).I know C# and C++.Currently i am using Ubuntu10.10. I wanted to know which is useful for me in software development(GUI) Gtkmm or Gtk# or WindowsForms . I have mono-develop for Gtk#.Which is supposed to be more usefull in future.I was able to find documentation on Gtkmm and WindowsForms .Thanks for your concern.....

I would recommend GTKmm over GTK#, but that's because of my personal tastes for not wanting to use a coding language made by Microsoft (C#). It really all boils down to what you're more comfortable with. They can both achieve the same end product, but they go about it in different ways. Personally, I would go with GTKmm because Mono is also a terrible thing to have installed for me anyways. Hope I helped!!

There sure is. It's called Glade. You can Google on how to get it in Ubuntu and how to get it working with GTKmm.
