check for p-id and shutdown

Hello all.

i need a script check for a particular process id .if it exist the the same script should be run after 15 mis. i know about crontab. but i don't want to use because it can chance to run with out my knowledge.and by using "at" is perfect. i have little bit idea but can't complete the script.

lol ya i know what shutdown means....
and iw would be easier with the part of the script youve figured out.
look at ps | grep and the sleep command
