Changing user Directory when using VSFTPD

I would like to change the user directory for VSFTPD when the user logs in, instead of using the default home directory for them. I was looking at this post: http://serverfault.com/questions/222...et-interpreted.
I am running an Ubuntu server. I could not find the line
Code:
user_config_dir=/etc/vsftpd/users
I also could not find
Code:
/etc/vsftpd/users
so I could not specify the directory for the user. I would like to change it to /var/www/.
