changing the panel


hi all i need some help here..?? i was wondering how to change the panal menu part, all the way on the left to look like the one in this pic. http://www.kde-look.org/content/pre1/18223-1.png
can anyone help me with this??

exactly like this one with the same panels, and the macosx bar, and the same window style,,.....please help

For the macos panel, take a look at the karamba section at kde-look.org. As for the kde button, you can install an applet called kbfx that ets you use various buttons for your kmenu. Kbfx is also available from kde-look.
