Talking changing the dafault terminal in Konqueror

Hi !
Konqueror has a very useful feature: If I'm in any directory and I press
"ctrl + t" a terminal opens where there is already cd -ed to this directory.
My problem is, that ist always starts a "Konsole" - Terminal, but I want
to start "rxvt" or "xterm". because Konsole needs too much time to open.
Has anybody got an idea, how to change this?
