changing login background/wallpaper (epic fail)


I was tying to change my login background in rhel6.

I go to. /use/share/backgrounds

There is image there ``default.png``

Now I've copied image that I want to set as background in that folder, renaming default.png to d.png . And rename myimage.jpg to default.png to be its default.

But it didn't happen. It stops loading gnome after loading its services and turn my screen into dark mode

Id tried running in single user mode and put them back and it didn't work as well
