Changing KDE interface language

I just switched to Kubuntu 5.10. I need to set the interface language to Hebrew. So I opened the System Settings -> Regional and Accessability -> Country/Region and Language. I chose Israel from the list, but the only languages listed in Add Language are US English and British English.

What can I do to have Hebrew added to this list? I know that this is possible because on Fedora Hebrew was there.

Thank you in advance.

Sure, apt-get install kde-i18n-Hebrew or just use K Menu->System->Adept (Package Manager). Here http://kubuntu.org/docs/kquickguide/C/index.html for more info

Sorry to be such a newbie, but I cannot get this to install! (and I'm working with a broken thumb in a cast...)
Code:
root@ety:~# apt-get install kde-i18n-Hebrew
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Couldn't find package kde-i18n-Hebrew
root@ety:~# adept
adept: cannot connect to X server
Starting Adept from the K Menu fails also. No output or error message, though.
