Changing eyboard layout

Hi! I installed Gentoo and so far so good, but I really need to change my keyboard layout. Which file I should edit? I know how to edit, just don't know what..

Both so it becomes system level. I could edit keyboard layout in Gnome, but god I need to do that in console (runlevel 3) more than in gnome.
