how to change the word [OK] in to other word?

Hi,
to custamise the booting and basically i am trying to modify that as % type of loading.
for that only.

You may want to reconsider how you ask for help...I do not know to many people who would want to be of assistance with statements like that.

Hi,

I'm not a mandrake user, but the way this is done is more or less universal.

Take a look in the /etc/rc.d/init.d directory (where the startup scripts reside). These scripts probably parse one (or more) file with functions/checks (called functions in most distro's). The OK string should be in this file.

I know this is a general description, but you should be able to find and change what you want.
