Hi,

Welcome to LQ!

What *is* the problem you're facing? Which users run out of which resources,
how safe do you feel it is to potentially have anyone kick of a fork-bomb on
a banking production server, would a 20 minute downtime to fix the problem of
a fork-bomb be acceptable?

Cheers,
Tink
