how can i change my login screen theme in fedora 9? i cant find the option for that.

If you have KDE, then you can use control center.

If you have gdm or xdm or wdm, then install xbanner

xbanner what? I tried to yum install xbanner. Does not work. No xbanner

It did not work.

I tried to find xbanner with find command

no luck

Fedora 9 is too old

It is done via system settings in KDE
