Change Icon Size Red Hat 9.0

I am not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to alter the desktop icon size and bottom menu icon size in Red hat? I would like to make the Icons smaller so that I could fit more on the desktop. Tried looking through the preferences folder and could not come up with any solutions. I was able to change the look of the icons and the desktop font size but not the size of the icon.

Thanks in advance.

Hope this helps

For the menu jsut right click on it and select properties or something like that and choose the new size

Icons that appear in nautillus in the start here thing you can pick file preferences and change the zoom size

Desktop icons only way I bothered to do it when I was using it was right clicking on them - resize - and used the mouse to resize them

Hey thanks, it worked.

Start Here -> Edit -> Preferences

Stay in the "views" category and edit the "Default zoom level"

For me (RH 8.1) it applied to the icons on the desktop too, so I didn't even have to touch them.
