Change folder view perminatly?

hi, I am running kubuntu 7.04, and I would like to set my folder icon view to details for ALL folders, but I can't seem to find where to make this change. I can do it from the drop down menu, but the next folder I open goes back to icon view.

Thanks.

I assume you're talking about Konqueror here. Yeah, it's kind of hard to figure out. After getting everything the way you like it, go to the settings menu and "save view profile for file management". That should make the settings permanent.
