ow, 100 C is way to hot. Maybe this is not a true reading?
If it is real you need to address.

Can you check the physical server? is it that hot?
also, if this is a server, there should no need for a "Graphics Card", Yes?
If it has one, clean it.

Maybe clean the server with some compressed air on the CPU cooling fins,and fans, etc..

Compressed air cans can be purchased at local computer or hardware stores.

Typical computers placed on a floor in a non-controlled environment need to be physically cleaned yearly.

Depending maybe on how many guard dogs (or cats) running around. Otherwise you may get by on 3 years or so.

I clean my servers and computers once a year with an air compressor. Gaming requires clean graphics cards
