where is that message from?

in any case, it's just a python error and probably not the cause for the "crash".

what exactly happens when you boot? at which point does it fail? what do you get in the end? a black screen with an X cursor? or a text interface (tty, terminal, console...)?

pandy669@gmail.com 12-28-2015 03:40 AM

When i restart my system I got that balck screen with that error message only in the tty1.
After that i will switch to another mode like tty2.
How to solve that python error?

Since you attempted to upgrade python2, I suggest a re-install of the OS.

Don't, ever, EVER upgrade python2 again. EVER!

Is there any way to downgrade python?

or
can i proceed to install the old version of python.

pandy669@gmail.com 12-28-2015 11:16 AM

If i installed the previous version ,Is there any possibilities to work around the problem.?

Save your data, verify backups.
format and re-install.
It's the only way to be sure, AND the only way you're going to learn.

Never upgrade python on RHEL/CentOS/Fedora outside of the standard "yum update".

Reinstall and restore the necessary files/configs from your backup, it will be the fastest and easiest way to fix the problem.

Wrong...you CAN re-install. And did you honestly think your system was going to last FOREVER, and never, EVER break???

Yes...you run that software, and select the restore option. That is EXACTLY what backup software is, isn't it???? And unless you've got a snapshot from before you broke your system, you won't be able to restore it, will you?
