No, not 100% but i know it is good solution of my problem. Actually I have multiple vmdk files and a vmx file. It is a virtual appkiance. I have opened the vmx file as existing virtual machine on vmware of another system and virtual appliance worked perfectly. I dont know how to open it in this scenario. Please help. |

Have you read through the RHEL7 VMware documentation http://partnerweb.vmware.com/GOSIG/RHEL_7.html in particular Code:

I have installed open-vm-tools but still I am not able to open vmplayer. I have mentioned this in first thread.
I have no problem to use kvm but how to open multiple vmdk and vmx with it. |
VMware-Player-6.0.1-1379776.x86_64.bundle looks little old package for CentOS 7. I think you should try to install VMware-Player-7.0.0-2305329.x86_64.bundle
It has been created for Recent distributions like RHEL 7. But remove VMware-Player-6 completely first then you should install VMware-Player-7 otherwise conflicting of packages may be an irritating problem. |
