cdrdao and TOC

I ripped a CD and stored it in a directory I created: /music/artist.
At a later time I tried to make a CD with the audio files in that
directory with K3B and it tells me that it expected only one
TOC. Can a CD be created only from a single image or can you
select a group of audio files, lets say 10, and make a CD with just
those 10 files on there? What I'm gathering from this is that each
song wants its own TOC....any ideas, comments or suggestions?

Thanks,

Freestone

hi,

i think commercial CDs actually have two TOC files, one at the beginning of the disc, and one at the end - presumably to provide duplication to allow for disc damage (eg scratches)... but i'm flying by the seat of my pants here! you might get away with simply deleting one of the TOC files (check - they should be identical). i haven't tried anything like this myself; it's just some thoughts that's all - perhaps others might like to comment, too.

cheers.
