Question cd to a directory with spaces?


okay i was just searching through my windows hdd, and i realized i couldn't access My Documents because the directory Documents and Settings has spaces in it. Now i dont think this is a really complicated problem (at least i cant imagine it being so) but how do i enter that directory? im absolutely stumped and i feel very newbish >_<

cd My\ Documents
'\ ' means a single space. You can do the same with other changacters with special meaning.

or cd 'My Documents'
