rsuave,

It is a part of the gnome-system-tools package. Now if you have this install already then you may need to either ad the Debian menu which is usually listed under applications and/or refresh/update the menu list.
Open a console and type

update-menu

...as root

also add the package gamin if you don't already have it.
Now doing all this should add the Debian menu to the Applications list in which case you should be able to get to the Disk app.
Applications---->Debian--->Apps--->System---->Disk
or
Applications---->Debian--->Apps--->System Tools--->Disk

Let me know how it goes

This is what I had to do in order to access my fat32 drive from 'Fedora core 4'.

/dev/hdb1 /mnt/database vfat usr,uid=500,gid=500,umask=0027,iocharset=utf8 0 0".

make sure to create a directory for your mount point and "database" is the name of MY directory so replace this with whatever you call yours.
is your windows file system a 'Fat' or 'NTFS'? if it is 'ntfs', then im not sure what to do.
paste the above into your /etc/fstab, reboot your system and then look in 'Konquerer'. click the 'Go' tab and click 'Storage media'. hopefully you will then see your windows partition.

Good Luck! Scott
