Cant see Ubuntu


I'm trying to install Ubuntu 7.04 on my laptop:Toshiba 4060xcdt P2 4ghd 192ram,booting from cd does not fill screen so when i get to"where are you" choose location cannot see continue tab so cannot move forward.

You can change the display resolution in this way. Firstly, change the display in "System->Administration->Display" or something like that. Change it to Generic CRT or Generic LCD with 1024x1280 resolution. Restart the xserver (Ctrl + Alt + Backspace) to apply changes. The last step (when the resolution is set to something quite high )is changing the resolution in "System->Preferences->Screen Resolution" to what you prefer. Good luck.
