Can't resume file transfer on files larger than 1 gig
Hello,
I've been trying to google this oddity over the past couple days but I haven't been able to find anything that's even giving me a hint as to what I should do.
I am trying to sFTP a large file to a machine running debian sarge, kernel version 2.4. If the file transfer becomes interrupted and the file is under a gigabyte, it can be resumed. However, it the file is larger than a gigabyte resuming/appending isn't possible. Is there something so fundamentally basic that I need to set/establish in order to resume an upload that is larger than 1 gig?
A million thanks to those who are kind enough to offer suggestions!
