Cant PING beyond ISP Gateway
How come I can ping my ISP's gateway and DNS server but cannot go beyond that to the Internet? This is from my internal Windows network to my Linux box set up as a router to the Internet. My Linux box uses DHCP to get it's net address and my internal network is configured using the 192.168.x.x IP's. The internal network only works as far as the ISP's gateway.

Belay the prior post, I fixed it.

How did you resolve this issue?

It was a silly mistake on my part and a little embarrassing. I had the wrong DNS address for my nameserver. I could ping anything on my network, but I couldn't resolve any address's beyond that. And on top of that, I was trying to ping a host that was down. It was a bad Linux day.
