Wink Cant install RPMs even when i am ROOT


Hi,I am using Fedora 9.
When i open an RPM with package indtaller, i get a message -
" You have not enough priviledges to install local packages"

I get this message even when I am ROOT.
If anybody knows how to install RPMs in Fedora 9, please reply.

Check out user priviledges in the priviledges tab in case you
are using the xwindows.

If still not able to work it out , dump you privileges out in
the thread.
