Yum How-to
http://sial.org/howto/yum/

yum groupinstall "Development Tools"

Could always call RedHat support since you are running a Commercial version of Linux..

i do not think that you CAN install gcc-4.3.2 on RHEL 5 ( what is it 5.1,5.2 , or 5.3 )
gcc-c++-4.1.2-44.el5.i386.rpm is the current
