Talking Cant get display to show up in kde


Hello!

Everything works fine so far, but dont get display to show under peripherals on control center. (KDE) I'd like to knock my resolution down a notch,
I get reaalllly tiny print... lol

It is the RedHat display configuration tool ported to Debian. Install it with:

dpkg -i xconf*.deb
and run it with the command "xconf" as root (root has to be able to open an x program). It is an easy GUI way to change settings.

I don't know why display isn't listed in kcontrol.

hi

if nothing works from gui mode then u may try these
this commad depends on ur distro
then too see of this works

#XF86config

or
#Xconfigurator

or u need to edit the file ' /etc/X11/XF86config' file manully

also u take a BACKUP of one before doing some editng
incase something goes wrong.....
