Angry cant connect to wireless network have spent two days and still no good plz help


cant connect to wireless network have o2 modem have tried network manger have made sure connect automatically is ticked changed ispci to Isusb have tried running Ishw-c network to avail have tried running ndis wrapper still no good can u help plz what am i doing wrong

can you give us some more information (like the output of the following commands) ?:

echo uname: && uname -a -m -p && echo lspci: && lspci && echo lsusb: && lsusb && echo lsmod: && lsmod && echo ifconfig: && ifconfig && echo ifconfig -a: && ifconfig -a && echo iwconfig: && iwconfig && echo resolv.conf: && cat /etc/resolv.conf && echo route: && route -n

i must be doing something wrong as i did not get anything like what you are showing me i am new to this so be gentle plzi am useing dule booting windows xp but booting ubuntu 11 10

not sure what the issue is ? did you get any output ? do you want to share it with us (in code tags) so that we can help diagnose your problem ?
