cannot find -lcelt (SPICE installer)

I am trying to install the spice-gtk-0.22

But i get stuck here (see the red line) and i don't really know what this means as i have the celt051 installed, but had previously installed the 071, as i found out only the celt051 is compatible with spice related services.

Is there a way to overcome this by ignoring the celt integration? As i won't be needing the sound transfer over the remote sessions.

I really hope you can help me here. Thank you very much.

Libraries have been installed in:
/usr/local/lib

If you ever happen to want to link against installed libraries
in a given directory, LIBDIR, you must either use libtool, and
specify the full pathname of the library, or use the `-LLIBDIR'
flag during linking and do at least one of the following:
- add LIBDIR to the `LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable
during execution
- add LIBDIR to the `LD_RUN_PATH' environment variable
during linking
- use the `-Wl,-rpath -Wl,LIBDIR' linker flag
- have your system administrator add LIBDIR to `/etc/ld.so.conf'

See any operating system documentation about shared libraries for
more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.

You don't say what distro you're using so it's hard to be specific. It looks like you're trying to compile and install spice-gtk rather than just install the package (assuming you're distro has that package). Is there a reason for doing it this way rather than just installing the package. It's called spice-client-gtk in some distros.

I am sorry for being so vague:

Distro: Debian Cubieez (Based on Debian6)
Architecture: armhf

That's the problem, i don't have the spice-client available at my apt. So i need to install it manually. I have downloaded the spice-gtk assuming it was the best choise from HERE

I had been using Fedora, and there i had the spice-client at the default repo, but i'd rather prefer to use Debian.
