cannot execute binary file


hi,
am using RHEL AS 4 -64 bit

i have copyed same file thirce , and checked the attibute as well chown and chgrp when i gives commad :
./lsinit

it gives me error like this
-bash: ./lsinit canot execuite binary file.

Have you checked that the partition where the file is, is not mounted with noexec option.

How do I find if the partition is mounted with/without noexec option?
